Dick is the Founder and President of FSEdNet – Financial Services Educational Network, LLC, a virtual based training company for the financial services industry which specializes in helping financial professionals successful grow their practices by having the information and resources readily available. Through FSEdNet’s unique video-based training platform with literally hundreds of virtual video sessions and over 1,600 downloadable educational concept and supplemental pages, FSEdNet has quickly gained recognition as the premier resource in eLearning.
Additionally, FSEdNet has two additional platforms for both Leadership Development with FSLEdNet (Financial Services Leadership Educational Network) and Staff Development with FSSEdNet (Financial Services Staff Educational Network).
Originally from Wisconsin, Dick was fortunate to be able to serve over seven years in the U.S. Navy, living and serving overseas, as well as aboard ship and across our great country. He completed college while serving at the University of LaVerne.
Dick spent over thirty-five years developing financial professionals in the financial services industry specializing in both protection products and investments. Prior to his retirement, Dick was the managing partner and president of his nationally recognized firm, which has won numerous industry awards including being a 13 times recipient of the GAMA International Master Agency Award, as well as a GAMA International Management Award recipient 29 times, as well as a First in Class Awardee.
Very active in the industry, Dick is a member of the GAMA’s Executive leadership Cabinet; he also serves a Past Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the GAMA Foundation for Education and Research, and Chairs both the International and Nominations Committees for the Foundation. Recently, Dick finished his four-years of service on the GAMA International Executive Committee and the Board of Directors for GAMA International. He is an active member of LIMRA’s Research Agency Group (RAG), which is the oldest industry study group and remains active within other industry associations and affiliations.
Dick lives in Parkland, Florida with his wife, Cheryl (which is a true testament to his selling and retention abilities), and his two sons, James and Jack.
